EARTHQUAKE IN TURKEY & SYRIA

Update Summer 2024: Due to the outreach into the community, we are excited to share that a new church plant has been established with 11 baptisms having taken place. God continues to work in this area through our partners as we continue to bring Help and Hope.

Update 02/20/23: from IDES’ Project Mangers: “The scale of the disaster here in Turkey is overwhelming. The total affected area is larger than the entire state of Indiana (more than 42,000 square miles). The tiny and persecuted church here is responding with food, hygiene, blankets and other aid as they are able in the worst hit cities. Frequently they are asked by recipients, ‘who are you and why are you helping?’ Which allows for a natural and loving witness about the hope and help of Christ."

Update 02/15/23: Project Managers are on site working with our local partners in Turkey.
