September 3, 2021 was Rick & Nancy Jett’s last official day in the IDES office. Together he and Nancy have given over twenty years of their life to the IDES ministry and are leaving an incredible legacy. In honor of that legacy, IDES is launching a new leadership fund. The Rick Jett Leadership Fund is a fund dedicated to funding global pastoral and church leadership training opportunities.

Rick has touched so many lives in this time here at IDES. He has been faithful to the IDES mission and God's global kingdom. He has stood out as a positive example of Christian Leadership. We can think of no better way to honor that legacy than by continuing to train up leaders around the world.

IDES has been blessed to be part of leadership training on multiple continents around the globe. Rick Jett has taught leadership lessons for a number of these trainings. We are passionate about providing physical Help and spiritual Hope.

Training current and future leaders helps our partners reach more people for Christ. We know that in many contexts, biblical training and leadership development is not readily accessible. IDES is fortunate to be able to help partners in remote areas provide important leadership development for preachers and teachers.
